1. The machine adopts piston type filling method with small quantitative error. The nozzle has a suction device, which will not leave any residual material.

2. The barrel is a double-layer barrel, the interlayer with thermal oil heating of the material body, the use of motor stirring, can effectively control the stirring speed, so that the material body 360 degrees of heat uniformity.

3. The places where the material body passes through (material nozzle, pump, barrel) are equipped with separate digital temperature control, suitable for temperature adjustment when heating different materials.

4. Carousel type operation method, set up 16 stations, inductive double lifting filling system, can be set according to the height of the package material filling height, with adjustable rotating station, more practical and fast.
