Introduction of Differential Pressure Transmitter : 


BP93420DII differential pressure transmitter uses a piezoresistive diffused silicon sensor. It is the external pressure through the stainless steel diaphragm, the internal sealed silicone oil is transferred to the sensitive chip, the sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium.When the measured medium's differential pressure acts on the corrugated diaphragms at both ends of the sensor, the output signal from the Wheatstone bridge on the sensor chip exhibits a good linear relationship with the differential pressure, enabling accurate measurement of the differential pressure. With its high sensitivity output, good dynamic response, high measurement accuracy, good stability, easy to miniaturize, but easy to be affected by temperature, for more than 1kpa can be measured is the first choice for mid-range sensors.

Differential pressure transmitters are designed to measure the differential pressure of many gases or liquids such as water or oil. Although the unilateral overload resistance is very high, with a maximum allowable static pressure of + 40bar, the smallest standard differential pressure measurement range is already from 0 to 0. + 50 mbar.
