Product Description:

The core advantage of YTC pneumatic control valve lies in its precise control capability. It is usually used in conjunction with YTC valve positioners (such as YT-1000L, YT-1200R series), which can accurately receive 4-20mA current signals or 0.2-1bar (about 3-15psi) air pressure signals, and drive the valve to the precise opening to achieve precise flow regulation. Its locator has good linearity, sensitivity, and repeatability, ensuring stable and reliable control.

Valve bodies are often made of materials such as WCB, WC9, CF8 (304 stainless steel), CF8M (316 stainless steel), etc., which have good corrosion resistance. Its V-shaped valve core design has a large rated flow coefficient, adjustable high ratio, and good sealing effect. Special designs such as pipe clamp valves utilize elastic valve sleeves and clamping mechanisms to achieve bi-directional zero leakage closure, especially suitable for abrasive, corrosive slurries, and powder particle media.

YTC's valve positioner design is flexible, and it is usually convenient to convert between forward and reverse acting, single acting and double acting modes. Some models can achieve split range control within 1/2 range without the need to replace parts, increasing the flexibility of use.
