The SMC KQG2 series of stainless steel one-touch pneumatic fittings offer engineers reliable performance and excellent protection against corrosion, chemicals, and high temperatures. These high-performance fittings have many benefits, including being 30% smaller and 62% lighter than traditional fittings. Their compact design allows for compatibility with tubing diameters ranging from 3.2mm to 16mm.

In addition to being compact, the KQG2 series is extremely versatile, making it compatible with a wide variety of compressed air, water, and steam systems. These fittings are capable of operating at pressures ranging from -100kPa to 1MPa and temperatures from -5°C to +150°C. They are manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel, a higher grade than SUS304 stainless steel. This higher-grade stainless steel offers improved pitting and corrosion resistance abilities, especially in chloride environments.
