The SMC KQG2 series of stainless steel one-touch pneumatic fittings bring engineers reliable performance and robust protection against corrosion, chemicals and high temperatures. Boasting a range of advantages, these fittings are 30% smaller and 62% lighter than traditional fittings. Their compact design provides compatibility with tubing diameters of 3.2mm-16mm.

The KQG2 series is an incredibly versatile system, suitable for use with a variety of compressed air, water and steam systems. Its impressive operating pressure range is (-100kPa to 1MPa) and temperature range (-5°C to +150°C). Its premium quality SUS316 stainless steel provides far better pitting and corrosion resistance, predominantly in chloride environments, when compared to SUS304 stainless steel.

Technical Parameters:

Note 4) Check the operating pressure range and operating temperature range of the

tubing.
Note 5) It is recommended that you use the inner sleeve in the following conditions

(Except ø3.2).
When using in an environment where the fluid temperature changes drastically.
When using at a high temperature.
