unit consists of single extruder machine, mold, vacuum forming
tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless/non-dust
cutter) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be
equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer
ink-jet/laser printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of
high-grade tubing. HDPE (PP, ABS) pipes, the screw adopts a structure with barrier and
mixing head, the barrel adopts a new slotted barrel, allied and
mixed well, the extrusion volume is large and stable, the die head
designed for HDPE (PP, ABS) large diameter thick wall pipes, the
die head has the characteristics of low melt temperature, good
mixing performance, low cavity pressure and stable production.
Proprietary technology designed sizing and cooling system with
water lubrication and water type cooling to suit the dimensional
stability and lap degree of HDPE (PP, ABS) pipes. The extruder and
haul-off machine adopt imported famous brand speed regulator and
control, with good stability, high precision and reliability. The whole production line operation and time is programmed and controlled by PLC, set with good man-machine interface, all process parameters can be set and realistic through the touch screen. Special extruders for marking lines can be assembled to produce tubes with diaphanous marking lines that meet the requirements of national standards.
