PPH Plastic Pipe Making MachineThe PPH Pipe Machine is capable of manufacturing different sorts of
pipes such as PPR hot/cold water pipes,PE pipes. The PPH Pipe Extrusion Line can also produce mono-coloe pipe with
one extruder and multi-color pipe with co-extrusion die head and
more extruders. PE gas and water supplying pipes possess features of heat
resistance, anti-aging, strong mechanical strength, resistance to
environment stress fracture and squirm-resistance,etc. they are favorable products used in gas transportation between
cities and in water supply projects of urban areas.
PPH Pipe Making Machine1.speed regulation. screw with independent heating zones to insure
easy operation, easy trouble shooting, precise heating and curing. 2.OMRON temperature control system. Stable and reliable. 3.Circulation vaccum water cooling. (Water tower, user to add) 4.The head employed automatic screen exchange system (with a
hydraulic station) to save time and reduce wastage. About 25%-30% may be saved. 5.Mold pressure control employed digital display and a septum
pressure gage. The two systems insure stable top sheet quality. 6.Winder may overturn automatically. With meter counter for length
pre-setting. Winding width is adjustable. 7.High foaming times. Imported temperature control system 8.Drip Irrigation pipe making machine included two extruders, one
for the inner strip and another 9.One for the outer pipes. The inner labyrinth strip was extruded
same time with the outer pipe and welded together by the particular
press device. The advantages of this line is fast cooling with high speed and
precise processing,the stable speed was up to 250-300meters/min.
