Product Description

CWF-1000 ink printing wastewater treatment machine is a water treatment process that clarifies the printing wastewaters by the removal of suspended matter such as ink or solids. The removal is achieved by mixing the wastewater with some necessary chemicals and then separate the solid and liquid by filter press. It adopts the treatment process of enhanced flocculation, internal electrolysis, adsorption and advanced chemical oxidation decolorization, supplemented by the unique PH regulation technology, which can adjust the PH value and remove most of the anion in the wastewater at the same time. Ensure that sewage meets the design requirements of reuse glue making and washing water.

Processed by our machine, the wastewater becomes colorless and can be used for the following aspects:

1. Reuse to make the starch glue for the corrugated production line;

2. The factory daily paper board production;

3. And also can be used for other ways, such as washing the glue disks and some other production equipment in order to get our target “Zero Discharge”.
