The CWW series ink wastewater treatment system has a comprehensive quality management and service system, particularly in the research, development, and treatment of water-based ink wastewater. Through years of continuous experimentation, summarization, and engineering practice, a simple and feasible new technology for water-based ink wastewater treatment has been developed. The integrated system for water-based ink wastewater treatment in carton factories has been manufactured to ensure that the treated wastewater meets the requirements of the clients.

Processed by our machine, the wastewater becomes colorless and can be used for the following aspects:

1. Reuse to make the starch glue for the corrugated production line;

2. The factory daily paper board production;

3. And also can be used for other ways, such as washing the glue disks and some other production equipment in order to get our target “Zero Discharge”.
