Helical Bevel Planetary Gear 120 Degree Low Noise

The internal gear of the planetary reducer is made of 20CrMnTi carburizing, quenching and grinding. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, smooth operation, low noise, large output torque, large speed ratio, high efficiency and safe performance. Carburizing and quenching are used to obtain a high-hardness and wear-resistant surface. After heat treatment, the gears are all ground, which reduces noise and improves the efficiency and service life of the entire machine.

Machining methods include five tools machining(fixed setting) & G-plete of tapper , spiral format tilt(SFT) method & hypoid format tilt (HFT) method of Cycloid equidep, etc.
