Protein chromium feed additive is a composite feed additive formed by chelation, binding and other processes of chromium element and protein (or peptide). Its core function is to supplement essential trace elements of chromium for animals, improve the absorption and utilization rate of chromium, regulate body metabolism, and improve production performance. It is a commonly used functional additive in animal husbandry.

• Regulating glucose metabolism: Chromium is the core component of glucose tolerance factor (GTF), which can enhance insulin activity, promote glucose transport and utilization, improve animal carbohydrate metabolism efficiency, and alleviate blood glucose disorders under stress.
• Improve production performance:
  • Livestock and poultry: accelerate growth rate, improve feed conversion rate, increase lean meat percentage of pigs, increase egg production rate of poultry and milk production of cows;
  • Aquaculture: Reduce the feed coefficient, promote the growth of fish and shrimp, and enhance stress resistance.
• Improving reproductive performance: For breeding livestock and poultry, it can regulate the secretion of reproductive hormones, increase pregnancy rate, litter/egg production, and reduce miscarriage rate.
