Infrared touch screen technology principle
The infrared touch screen is a highly integrated electronic circuit
product. The infrared screen contains a complete integrated control
circuit, a high-precision, anti-interference infrared transmitting
tube and a set of infrared receiving tubes, which are installed on
a highly integrated circuit board. The two opposite directions form
an invisible infrared grating. The dense infrared array in the X
and Y directions is used to detect and locate the user's touch. The
infrared touch screen installs a circuit board frame in front of
the display. The circuit board Infrared transmitting tubes and
infrared receiving tubes are arranged on the four sides of the
screen, corresponding to a yellow and vertical infrared matrix.
When the user fills in the screen, his fingers will block the
infrared rays passing through the transverse direction of the
changed position, and the light signal will change. Causes the
electrical signal output by the photoelectric detection circuit to
change. By processing the electrical signal, the point can be
positioned at the desired position. Any object that is opaque to
infrared light can interrupt the infrared ray to achieve touch
positioning.
