Q2: What is your MOQ? Can you make machined parts according to our samples?
A2: Our MOQ is 1 piece, and we gladly accept sample processing. We can create machined parts based on your samples or drawings.

Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A3: Yes, we provide samples. However, while the samples themselves are free of charge, please note that you would be responsible for covering the cost of freight.

Q4: Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
A4: No, we highly value our customers' privacy and confidentiality. We take measures to protect your drawings and intellectual property. If required, we are also open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to provide additional assurance.
