The construction process of a clean room mainly consists of three
stages: preliminary preparation, mid-term installation, and later
debugging.
The preliminary preparation stage is the foundation, which requires
completing the acceptance of the main structure, setting up
dedicated construction entrances, and equipping shoe dust cleaning
devices. Construction tools and materials must be cleaned before
entering the site, and the protective film of the purification
board must be kept intact. It is strictly prohibited to tear it off
in advance. The construction area is under closed management, and
smoking and eating are strictly prohibited. Cutting operations must
be equipped with specialized vacuum cleaners, and the generated
dust must be removed immediately.
The mid-term installation phase is the core, including the
installation of enclosure structure, ceiling installation, ground
construction, etc. When installing the enclosure structure, the
color steel plate needs to be prefabricated in the factory, and
on-site installation should ensure reliable connection, sealing and
leak prevention. The installation of the ceiling requires the use
of a screw rod to connect the expansion three piece set and the
flower basket screw. The T-beam is drilled and hung on the flower
basket screw. The machine made ceiling is attached to the wall
panel, and the corner aluminum is used to fix the wall panel and
ceiling. Before ground construction, the base layer should be flat,
without hollowing or cracks, with a moisture content of ≤ 4%, and
waterproof treatment should be carried out.
The later debugging stage is crucial, requiring system debugging
and acceptance evaluation. The debugging content includes core
processes such as air volume balance, air pressure testing, and
cleanliness inspection. Cleanliness testing should be conducted
after 24 hours of continuous operation of the system, using a
particle counter to sample at designated points, and the test
results should meet the designed cleanliness level.
