The KL 4000 linear slide is a linear shaft with a load capacity of up to 4000 kg. It consists of two modular supports with a length of 1.5 meters or 2 meters. As a result, the total length of the translational motion unit is 31.5 meters, which greatly expands your workspace.

The KL 4000 impresses with its compact slide structure: with an optimized motor and gearbox arrangement, the effective travel is increased by 0.4 meters compared to the KL 1500-3. In addition, the KL 4000 makes your planning convenient and flexible, as the KR QUANTEC and KR FORTEC series robots can be fixed on the same slide. For more flexibility, you can run up to four slides simultaneously on the KL 4000.

1.Easy to plan The foundations of the KL 4000 are the same as those of the KR QUANTEC and KR FORTEC. This reduces the number of necessary foundation anchorage points by 40% compared to the KR 1500. The drilling drawings of the two robots are the same and can be fixed on the same slide.

The built-in cable tow chain has a travel of 8.4 meters and can be used for up to two slides. The footprint of the linear slide is reduced. At the same time, the KL 4000 has a length of 31.5 meters at 30.4 meters, giving you a greater working range.

3.Optimized installation method
With a new foundation fixing solution secured by a flexible threaded connection system, you can install the KL 4000 without welding at all. This saves time during installation. In addition, the shaft can be re-adjusted at any time.

4.Easy maintenance The special arrangement of the motor and gearbox allows you to replace the robot without disassembling it.
