The YB series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor has a center height range of H80-H355, a power range of 0.18kW-315kW, and pole numbers of 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. Due to its high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, high blocking torque, reliable operation, and beautiful appearance, it is one of the important electrical products in the underground (non mining working face) of petroleum, chemical, and coal mines. The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with the provisions of GB3836.1 Explosive Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment and GB3836.2 Explosive Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Explosion proof Enclosures "d", and is made into an explosion-proof type, suitable for places where explosive gas mixtures exist. This series of motors complies with the Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and can be exported to countries and regions implementing IEC standards, as well as installed and used in some imported mechanical equipment.
The YB series electric motor has a rated voltage of 380V, 660V, 380/660V, a rated frequency of 50Hz, a protection level of IP55, a cooling method of IC411, and uses F-class insulation. It can operate continuously under environmental conditions with a temperature not exceeding 35 ℃ (underground coal mines) or 40 ℃ (excluding underground coal mines), or not less than -15 ℃, and an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.
