    •   The purification process for violet ketone is completed by a three-stage violet ketone molecular distillation process, which results in a higher purity of the essential oil and retains the value of the plant to a large extent.
       
        The process for purifying violet ketone product through violet ketone molecular distillation involves the following steps in the given order:
       
      1. Initial pre-treatment of the raw material.
       
      2. Synthesis of violet ketone product.
       
      3. Primary thin film evaporation to remove light components.
       
      4. Removal of remaining light components using secondary molecular distillation.
       
      5. Separation and purification of resulting fractions obtained in the previous step.
       
      6. Further separation and purification of fractions through tertiary molecular distillation.
       
      7. Collection of the final purified violet ketone product.
