1. Main Instruction

This complete machine is a fully automatic high-speed packing machine, which uses automatic control to convey and pack foods, such as chocolate and other food which are not easily be handled or fragile.

The complete machine consists of one unit SL-SBJS260 Tresor Dore Packing Machine and one unit SL-SBZL300JArranging and Feeding Machine.

Special Features: 

1. Adopt PLC &  program software, easy operating and setting.Auto-human touch screen and three-color warning light, self failure diagnosis, clear failure display. 

2. Two languages show on the touch screen.

3. Fully automatic program-controlled with servo motors, highly stable and reliable

4. Flexible in color sensor settings, paper feeding self-tracking, and correction during packing, providing a consistent packing style and a good product appearance.

6. Online product feeding status monitoring-only feeding wrapping paper when the product arrives desired position, which keeps paper consumption at an extremely low level.

6.4.Spare Parts Guarantee one year, except spare parts loss because of incorrect operation.

6.5.Other Terms: The Facility’s installation and debugging should be finished in the BUYER’s factory by the assigned engineer (usually ONE person) from the SELLER’s factory.BUYER should

afford all the expenses generated as soon as the engineer is away from China, which includes transportation, meals, accommodations, as well as an additional USD50 per person per day during installation and debugging
