6.Other Terms

6.1.The Condition and Limits supplier charge: Guarantee one year in standard operation

6.2.Acceptance Inspection and Means: According to enterprise standard in supplier factory, if

you have any suggestion please tell us in one mouth after debugging

6.3. Spare Parts and Tools Instruction: Check in Appendix 1

6.4. Spare Parts Guarantee one year, except spare parts loss because of incorrect operation and 3 months for parts on Appendix 1.

6.5.Other Terms: Facility’s installation and debugging should be finished in BUYER’s factory

by the assigned engineer (usually ONE person) from SELLER’s factory.BUYER should afford all the expenses generated as soon as engineer being away from China, which including transportation, meals, accommodations, as well as additional USD50 per person per day during installation and debugging.
