Cutting fluid oil-water separators are widely used in industries
such as mechanical processing, automotive manufacturing, aerospace,
and mold processing. In these fields, it can perform oil-water
separation treatment on cutting fluids used in various CNC machine
tools, machining centers, and other equipment to ensure the smooth
progress of the machining process.
Function:
(1) Impurity filtration: Filter impurities such as iron powder and
aluminum powder suspended on the surface of the cutting fluid to
avoid recoil adhesion or scratching of the workpiece surface.
(2) Oil water separation: Remove various miscellaneous oils (guide
rail oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) from the surface of the water tank
to quickly achieve oil water separation.
(3) Aeration sterilization: Through the aeration circulation
function, various microorganisms in the cutting fluid can be
effectively killed, and sterilization and deodorization can be
achieved.
(4) Water quality purification: Do not change the liquid phase of
the cutting fluid, and regularly replenish new liquid after
purification to maintain concentration.
(5) Cost reduction: Significantly reduce the cost of purchasing new
liquids and treating waste liquids.
(6) Extending the lifespan of a cutting tool: With the improved
lubrication and rust resistance of the cutting fluid, the machining
accuracy of natural workpieces increases, and the lifespan of the
cutting tool also increases.
