Hebei Nanfeng Metal Products Co.,Ltd is a large-scale manufacturer,
specialized in the production and trading of the customized metal
products. Founded in 2009, our factory is located in Nanpi County,
Hebei, which is well-known as "Hardware Hometown of China" and
covers an area of 80000 square meters. As long as you provide us
your drawing or existing samples, we are able to create the mould
and make the bulk production for you.
It was formerly known as Hebei Nanfeng Group, which has been
engaged in the metal product industry for over 30 years. The
company is currently a large scale of stamping production
enterprise with 200 million fixed asset, more than 300 employees.
There are over 100 sets of stamping equipment in the company, which
can meet the requirement of stamping production from 30 to 600
tons. There are over 60 sets of modern CNC punching machines, laser
cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC lathe and CNC machining
center. There are modern detection equipment such as coordinate
measuring machine (CMM), industrial projector and salt spray
tester. It owns two production lines of welding and surface
treatment. The production achieves the work flow service from
design, mold processing, production, surface treatment till
logistics and transport.
The company owns their team for production research &
development, with 5 senior engineers and 25 technicians who have
rich research and development experiences of metal products. The
product design adopts computer aided system. All the company
productions perform the international quality management system
standard ISO9001. Thus every link of the production gets good
