AFPMG520-1.0KW/90RPM Inner Rotor for Wind Generator Product Desciption U-POLEMAG has developed a series of new energy high-efficient, disc-shaped, inner (outer) rotor, three-phase, Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Generator (AFPMG) with a coreless (ironless) stator. AFPMG with high specific power and coreless stator is characterized by the following Advantageous features 1. High efficiency: No mechanical drive losses, no rotor copper losses due to the permanent magnet excitation and no stator eddy current losses in the ironless(coreless) stator 2. Small size, small weight: Plastic or epoxy resin stator core 3. No cogging torque, low starting torque, 4. Low noise, less vibration, long life 5. Direct drive, no gearbox, oil-free system, smooth operation 6. High cooling effect, low temperature rise Main applications 1. Small electrical generators driven by gasoline or diesel engines, 2.
