Product Description Detailed introduction of industrial dryer:Industrial dryer, also known as rotary dryer or rotary drum dryer,
is widely used in industries such as food, feed, chemical,
pharmaceutical, and mining. The working process of the equipment is
as follows: after the dehydrated wet material is added to the
dryer, the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully
contacts with hot air under the flipping of the uniformly
distributed plate reader in the drum, accelerating heat and mass
transfer during drying. During the drying process, the material is
discharged from another section of the star shaped discharge valve
of the dryer under the action of the inclined plate and the hot
air. This dryer is suitable for drying various types of residue
materials with a moisture content of less than 85%, such as beer
lees, soybean residue, sprayed corn husks, coal slurry, fruit
residue, etc. It has a good effect on opening up feed resources,
reducing feeding costs, and reducing environmental pollution.
Working principle of industrial dryer: The heat source of the
industrial dryer comes from the combustion device, and this dryer
adopts a downstream heating method. Therefore, the materials that
need to be dried are pushed back by the spiral cutting plate from
the feeding box and the feeding chute into the cylinder. Due to the
inclined placement of the dryer, on one hand, the material flows
towards the rear under the action of gravity and rotation, and on
the other hand, the material is repeatedly picked up by the copying
board, carried to the upper end and continuously lifted down. The
material forms a uniform curtain inside the cylinder, which fully
exchanges heat with the hot air flow inside the cylinder. As the
material is repeatedly lifted, the moisture contained in it is
