We have 5 members in after-sales team, including a sales, a manager, 2 engineers, a coordinator, we will all in group to inspect the issue and find the reason ,offering the best solution to customers, reducing the loss between us.
We have 5 QC employees, and 7 steps on quality checking, ensuring our product to 100% reach the standard of safety.
