Please send the detailed requirements directly. Q4:How should I supply my own artwork to you? A: Most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also except.jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size) Q5:Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products? A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce until we get your approval of the artwork Q6:How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item? A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 1-3 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20 days depending on order quantity.
