Feed production four links

1. Material silo

Raw material receiving link:

(1) Bulk raw material receiving system and bulk storage steel silo system

(2) Bagged raw material storage warehouse

2. Grinding system

The material to be crushed is fed into the top feed port, guided by the feed guide plate from the left or right side into the crushing chamber, under the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer and the friction of the screen plate, the material is gradually crushed, and under the action of centrifugal force and air flow through the screen hole and discharged from the base outlet.

3. Hybrid system

Mixer mixing principle: The material is subjected to mechanical action in the body to produce a comprehensive composite cycle. And when the material is in a state of instantaneous weightlessness, it is widely interleaved to produce shear and diffusion mixing, so as to quickly achieve uniform mixing.

4. Granulation cooling

The tempered powder material is advanced into the die cover, and under the action of gravity, centrifugal force generated by the ring die rotation and the feeding scraper, it is evenly fed into the two pressing zones in the ring die (that is, the wedge space formed by the two press rolls and the ring die, the minimum gap between the press roll and the ring die is 0.1-0.3mm), and the material is compressed by the ring die rotation and squeezed into the ring die hole to form.

Components of steel structure building:

● Primary Framing Elements
Columns, beams members are made by H section steels( hot rolled section steel/ welded section steel), which will be easily bolted together at site. A factory primer and facing paintings or galvanization surface treatment are applied to get better anti-rusting effect of primary framing elements.
● Secondary Framing Elements
Purlin, tie bar are formed as secondary framing, which will fix on columns and beams by common bolts.
● Bracing
Round steel is supplied with knee bracing and other supporting parts that need portal framing, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural hangar.
● Cladding
Roof and Wall are covered by color-coated corrugated steel sheet or steel sandwich panel, hot dipped with zinc and aluminum compound, that is fixed to the outside of structural building to protect it against bad weather or to make it look more attractive and last for generations.
● Windows and Doors
Plastic Steel Window/Aluminum-alloy Window; Sliding Door/Folding Door.
● Other Options:
Gutter, Downpipe, Transparent sheet, Ventilator and Bridge Crane will be fitted according to client’s requirements.

Product Processing

1. Cutting
Steel components, such as beams, columns, and plates, are precisely cut to the required dimensions using advanced cutting techniques, such as Automatic laser cutting machine, to ensure accurate fitment during assembly.
2. Assemble
The cut steel pieces are fitted together according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Welding
Welders employ various welding techniques, to join the steel components securely. Welding creates strong and resilient connections, enhancing load-bearing capacity.
4. Rust removal
Before surface treatment, any rust or scale on the steel surfaces must be removed. Techniques like sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning are used to eliminate corrosion, creating a clean and smooth surface.
5. Surface treatment
Spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing according to customer's requirements, so that the surface is not corroded.

Packaging And Shipping

Packaging Detail:
The packing method for main steel frame will use steel pallet, which can be better to protect steel frame and make the loading and unloading faster and more convenient since it could be taken as a whole. It could also save the quantity of shipping containers and cost of ocean freight.
Other parts packed in parcels such as steel purlin and steel sheet, all loaded into 40ft HQ. Safe and easy handle.
