Purpose-built, fully-automatic extrusion line that converts PE (LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE), PP or rigid/flexible PVC pellets or recycled flake into high-quality flat sheets from 0.1 mm up to 30 mm thick and up to 3 000 mm wide.

Performance characteristics

Single- or multi-layer co-extrusion layout with fast-change feedblock  
• 33-36 L/D high-efficiency barrier screw and melt pump for ±2 % thickness tolerance  
• Vertical three-roll calender with independent servo-motor drive; mirror, matte or embossed finish
• On-line edge trim recycling; corona/flame treatment optional  

• Siemens PLC + 15" HMI, remote diagnostic & recipe memory  
• Quick-switch winding (turret) or cut-to-length stacker for 0.3-25 m/min line speed  
• Energy-saving barrel heaters & vacuum loader reduce power ~12 %  
• Same die set can produce base films for heat-shrink and electro-fusion sleeves  
• Modular design: future upgrade to 5-layer EVOH barrier sheet without major retro-fit

    • Layer 2 (Middle): Fiber-Reinforced Cross-linkable PE (Structural reinforcement)

    • Layer 3 (Inner): Thermoplastic Adhesive (Sealing layer - EVA, Butyl, etc.)
