Product Description
This production line utilizes a one-step process to continuously
accomplish the extrusion of PERT pipes, polyurethane foaming and
curing, corrugated forming, and online HDPE jacket coating. It is
capable of producing soft or hard polyurethane foam-insulated pipes
with pipe diameters ranging from 20 to 250 mm, making it suitable
for the manufacture of insulated pipes in applications such as
heating networks.
The flexible thermal pre-insulated pipe produced by this equipment
is light in weight and can be rolled up. It has the characteristics
of convenient transportation and construction, less joints and good
toughness. It is especially suitable for the secondary pipe network
of central heating and is a good substitute for buried
pre-insulated steel pipes.
