Product Description

Huashida took 2 years to overcome about 30 technical difficulties, and developed a new one-step polyurethane foam flexible pre-insulated pipe production line with independent intellectual property rights.
The new one-step polyurethane foam pre-insulated pipe production'line includes the following processes:
The pressure-bearing and heat-resistant PERT inner working pipe extrusion, polyurethane foaming, polyurethane curing and corrugation forming,HDPE jacket coating. The whole process is online continuous production.
This production line is suitable for making both flexible polyurethane foam pre-insulated pipes and rigid polyurethane foam pre-insulated pipes, and the pipe diameter range is from 20mm to 350mm.

Extruder: PERT special single screw extruder, extrusion part using forced water cooling feeding section, machine barrel slotted, the power consumption of the main drive motor is greatly reduced; Screws with a large length-to-diameter ratio (25-38:1) have excellent plasticizing effects.


Extruder head: professional PERT pipe mold, smooth inner and outer surface of the pipe, uniform wall thickness, special treatment of the flow channel, more wear-resistant, PERT pipe dedicated efficient head.


Vacuum calibration box: Uniquely designed sizing sleeve, all-stainless steel vacuum box, using PERT pipe dedicated sizing sleeve, accurate sizing and good effect; High-efficiency spray cooling ensures the quality of the pipe materials.


Coating die head: With a vacuum coating mold of invention patent and a specially designed coating die head, it ensures uniform thickness of the coating layer.


Winding machine: A fiber-reinforced device with an invention patent, featuring efficient fiber weaving to ensure the strength of the pipe.


Chipless cutting machine: Wide range cutting from 32 to 200mm; High-strength alloy steel blades, rotary knife cutting, smooth and flat pipe cutting edge with small error; The cutting follow-up ensures the precise cutting position; Professional PLC control, accurate operation; The feed position is specially designed to ensure that the cutting is completed in one go.
