Low Heat Loss, High Efficiency: Utilizing polyurethane rigid foam for insulation, our PERT insulated pipes exhibit exceptionally low thermal conductivity (λ = 0.013-0.03 kcal/m·h·ºC), outperforming conventional insulation materials by 4-9 times.  
 
Minimal Water Absorption: The high closed-cell rate of the polyurethane foam (approximately 92%) results in a very low water absorption rate of about 0.2 kg/m².  

Superior Anti-Corrosion Properties: The polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer forms a tight bond with the working pipe, effectively isolating it from air and water infiltration, thus preventing corrosion and ensuring long-term structural integrity.  

Extended Service Life: PERT insulated pipes offer an impressive service life of over 50 years, significantly longer (3-4 times) than pipes installed using traditional trench or overhead laying methods.
