Single & Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion Line for HDPE Water Gas Supply Pipes

The HDPE pipe production line, specifically designed for municipal water supply, agricultural irrigation, and urban gas projects, is capable of fully automatic production of PE80/PE100 pipes with diameters ranging from Φ20mm to 2000mm. The core components include: an advanced extruder to ensure optimal raw material plasticization, a precision mold for accurate control of the pipe wall structure, an efficient water cooling system for rapid shaping, as well as a high-speed traction machine and an intelligent cutting machine to guarantee the geometric accuracy and surface quality of the products. The production process is managed through a PLC central control system, which enables intelligent production management and incorporates an online detection function for real-time monitoring of quality parameters. This production line is characterized by high production capacity, low energy consumption, and environmental sustainability, providing a reliable platform for the manufacture of high-quality pipes.
