This HDPE water/gas supply pipeline production line features a
fully automated design and specializes in the manufacture of PE80
and PE100 pipes with diameters ranging from Φ20mm to 2000mm. It is
well-suited for applications in municipal water supply,
agricultural irrigation, and urban gas transmission. The production
line incorporates an advanced extrusion system, precision forming
molds, closed-loop water cooling devices, high-speed traction
equipment, and intelligent cutting units, ensuring superior
dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish of the pipes.
Equipped with a standardized PLC intelligent control system, it
supports fully automated production across all stages.
Additionally, it integrates an online quality monitoring module,
which ensures product consistency while enabling energy-efficient
operation and compliance with environmental protection standards.
