     The vacuum calibration polyurethane (PU) insulation pipe is a type of highly efficient pre-insulated pipe. It is mainly composed of a working steel pipe, a PU insulation layer, and a plastic outer protective pipe. The working steel pipe, located in the innermost layer, is responsible for conveying media such as hot water or steam. The middle layer consists of a PU insulation layer, which provides thermal insulation and effectively reduces heat loss. The outermost layer is a plastic outer protective tube, typically made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This layer protects the insulation from external environmental erosion and also ensures a neat and regular appearance of the pipe. The vacuum calibration method is used in the pre-insulation process of this pipe. The outer casing is extruded using an advanced and popular production line that is widely recognized worldwide. This production line is equipped with a descaling device to ensure the quality and longevity of the steel pipe insulation.

Haul-off machine 

Is mainly composed of driving device, caterpillar, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off caterpillars are?driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speed.

Cutback machine

This device is used to remove pipe-end coating layer and then form a groove whose angle is below 30°, in order to joint easily.It is double-head high-efficient cutback machine. It is composed of steel brush, polishing motor, moving trolley, high efficiency dust collector etc.It is also equipped with lifting rotation roller, rocker arm etc. 

Control system PLC
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching screen. Controlling system can be designed according to customers' requirements.

2.Pipe wall is average and smooth, to reduce waste of raw material, and pipe thickness is adjustable.
3.No need trim edge, once forming.
4.High degree of automation, can be operated by one person, saving labor costs.   Vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to calibrate the outer diameter. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.
