Work Process

Working Principle:

The product sensor and label sensor send input signals to the PLC system, which processes the data and outputs signals to control the traction motor and solenoid valve. This ensures accurate positioning for the labeling process.

Labeling Process:

1.Bottles are transferred from the filling line to the bottle-separating device.

2.The bottle-separating device spaces out bottles individually, ensuring proper labeling time for each.

3.The product sensor detects the presence of a bottle.

4.Upon detection, the PLC receives the signal, triggering the air cylinder to move forward and initiate the labeling process.

5.The label is applied and securely pressed onto the bottle.

6.The air cylinder retracts, and the conveyor belt transfers the labeled bottles to the recycling line for the next production stage.
