What is Honey?

The Automatic Honey Filling Machine operates based on a volumetric principle utilizing a rotary valve-type piston. Encased in an elegantly matte-finished stainless steel body, the unit is designed to be compact and versatile. It features a stainless steel slat conveyor with self-centering devices and a stainless steel piston. The primary driving components of the machine, including the main drive and conveyor drive, are powered by an A/C Motor with a synchronized variable A/C Frequency drive, ensuring efficient and precise operation.

ROTARY VALVE MODEL

The rotary valve model is equipped with a rotary valve, making it ideal for dispensing lotions and creams with an accuracy of ±1%. This automatic model facilitates the movement of containers on a conveyor belt, lifting them at the filling station to ensure a precise layer of honey, ointment, or cream. It includes features such as an in-feed hopper, a rotary valve with a positive shut-off nozzle to eliminate drips, stroke limitation for fill volume adjustment, and is designed to function independently. Constructed with stainless steel, the machine boasts a pneumatic (3.5kgf/cm square) and electric (single phase) control system over air for efficient and reliable performance.

How it works?

The operation involves containers progressing along a stainless steel slat conveyor, positioned beneath the filling nozzles via an adjustable twin pneumatically operated valve system. This twin pneumatically operated stopper system is meticulously designed to ensure accurate centering of the container below the nozzles, effectively preventing any spillage of honey onto the container.
