The NP-EVF automatic inline Multy heads horizontal Piston Filling

individual air cylinder.It is one of the earliest automatic piston
filler.Even after some years development, this type of economy
affordable piston filler is still popular for liquid packagings and
dosing.
NP-EVF Horizontal Piston Filling Machine: Applications
The NP-EVF is ideal for dosing semi-viscous liquids and those with
easy flow characteristics. In its standard configuration, it does
not come equipped with a top liquid hopper or tank. Instead, the
piston draws liquid from a nearby tank and dispenses it into the
packaging containers. The piston cylinder is positioned
horizontally for this operation. It’s important to note that the
NP-EVF is most suitable for products that do not have high
viscosity due to its design and functionality.
Machine Features
- 304 Stainless steel construction material , and the liquid contact
parts are 304SS or 316SS food grade stainless steel
- No bottle ,no fill, PLC control,automatic warning on failure
- The filling blocked nozzles are anti drips, silk, and auto cut
viscous liquid
- Accurate filling volume, within ±0.5% and a total bottle counter.
- Easy to maintain, no special tools are required.The horizontal
piston cylinder layout makes easy disassemble and dismantle
- Special SKF seals or hoses are adapted if the liquid are corrosive.
- Diving nozzles for bottom up filling of foaming products if need
- Bottle mouth can be located.
