The chiller is designed for the main supporting equipment of large
or medium-sized poultry slaughter line. It is suitable for chilling
the carcass of chickens, ducks and goose after slaughtering and
eviscerating, so that the deep layer temperature of the carcass can
be lowered in a short time. The color of the carcass is tender, and
the carcass is deacidified. The spiral propulsion system and the
blast system make the chilling of the poultry carcass more uniform
and thorough. The chilling time can be designed and customized
according to customer requirements. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304. The drive system
of the machine adopts frequency converter for speed regulation,
which has the advantages of accurate speed regulation and energy
saving. The user can set the chilling time according to the actual
production. The working principle of this equipment is to cool the
water in the pool to a certain temperature through a cooling medium
(usually flake ice), and the carcass passes through the cold water
for a certain period of time from the inlet to the outlet under the
action of the screw propeller. The blast system can make the
carcass roll continuously in cold water to achieve the effect of
uniform and thorough cooling; the uniquely designed separate
