Machine Introduction

This air compressor adopts a "convex-convex" gear system, which enhances the formation of a fluid dynamic lubrication film, minimizes side leakage in the contact area, thereby improving compressor efficiency and optimizing the machining and testing performance of the rotor.

Its design follows the concept of "large rotor, large bearing, low speed", and its operating speed is 30-50% lower than similar products, effectively reducing noise, vibration and exhaust temperature, while enhancing rotor rigidity, extending service life, and reducing sensitivity to impurities and oil carbides.

In terms of power configuration, the power range covers 4 to 355 kW, of which the 18.5 kW and 250 kW models are suitable for direct-drive gearless compressors, and the 200 kW and 250 kW models are suitable for direct-drive four-stage motor compressors, with a maximum speed of up to 1480 rpm.
