Machine Introduction

The air compressor utilizes a "convex-convex" gear system, enhances the creation of a hydrodynamic lubrication film, minimizes side leakage in the contact area, boosts the efficiency of the compressor, and optimizes the machining and testing performance of the rotor.

The design philosophy of "large rotor, large bearing, low speed" is employed, making the speed 30-50% lower than that of competitors, thereby reducing noise, vibration, and exhaust temperature, improving rotor rigidity, extending rotor life, and decreasing sensitivity to debris and oil carbides.

The power range is 4 to 355 kW, with 18.5 kW and 250 kW being suitable for direct-drive gearless compressors, while 200 kW and 250 kW are suitable for direct-drive four-stage motor compressors. It can attain speeds of up to 1480 rpm.
