The RCZ412B-1 blasthole drill is designed to operate efficiently and reliably in demanding mining environments. With a maximum drilling depth of 20 meters and a diameter of 90-115 mm, the drill is well suited to a wide range of drilling applications. With automatic bit change function, it has strong all-terrain performance and greatly reduces auxiliary drilling time.

The RCZ412B-1 is equipped with a high-pressure, large-displacement screw air compressor to ensure efficient slag removal, increase drilling speed and reduce the overall consumption of the drill. To protect the environment, it comes standard with a two-stage dry dust removal system and an optional wet dust removal system. This helps reduce dust pollution in the equipment and the environment, making it suitable for mines and operators who focus on sustainable development.

Energy efficiency is also a key feature of the RCZ412B-1, as a single motor drives both the screw compressor and the hydraulic system. This integrated system reduces overall energy requirements by approximately 35% compared to traditional split drills, while reducing maintenance costs by 50%.

For safety reasons, the machine is equipped with a track-mounted leveling device that ensures a stable center of gravity even when going uphill or downhill. This design improves operational stability and reduces the amount of equipment and personnel required for safe operation.

To maintain optimal performance, the RCZ412B-1 requires regular maintenance. After the initial break-in period, the oil pan and oil filter must be drained and cleaned and replaced every 250 hours of operation. For new or rebuilt equipment, it is recommended to run the machine at 70% of rated speed and 50% of rated load for the first 50 hours to extend the service life of the diesel engine.
