1250mm skip stranding machine for upto 7 core cabling with or without back-twist

Description and application:

The first of its kind skip stranding machine with full back-twist functionality. Compared with conventional cradle-type cabling machines, our machine offers 4 times the productivity. It is suitable for stranding a wide range of products, including soft-structure cables (such as control cables, Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) overhead cables, and power cables) as well as bare copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy wires—supporting up to 7 cores.

The machine also features optional back-twist functionality, which can be added based on your specific requirements. In terms of drive mode, it provides two options: independent drive or ground shaft drive, allowing flexible adaptation to different production setups.
