Our armoring machine applies an armor layer (typically steel tape) to the cable structure during production. This process greatly enhances the cable’s mechanical protection—boosting tensile/compressive strength to withstand harsh outdoor fixed installations (e.g., direct burial, tunnel laying). With a compatible outer sheath, it also improves corrosion resistance in complex environments. Armoring is a vital step for cables used in demanding scenarios like outdoor fixed laying, industrial sites, or underground projects.
