Description and application:

Our bow type laying up machine shows more productivity than the conventional cradles type cabling machine. It is applicable to stranding soft structure cables such as control cables, ACSR overhead cables, power cables, and bare copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy wires with up to 7 cores. The back - twist function can be optionally selected according to your needs. The machine can be driven independently or by a ground shaft.

The user - friendly human - machine interface allows for smooth operation and comprehensive monitoring.
PLC is adopted to achieve automatic pitch adjustment.
It can be equipped with a back - twist mode with a maximum of 100%.
There are independent drive and ground shaft drive options available.
