Description and application:

Our bow type laying up machine demonstrates greater productivity than the traditional cradles type cabling machine. It is applicable to the stranding of soft structure cables including control cables, ACSR overhead cables, power cables, and bare copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy wires with up to 7 cores. The back - twist function can be selected optionally based on your needs. The drive of the machine can be either independent or through a ground shaft.

Features:

The human - machine interface, being user - friendly, enables effortless operation and all - round monitoring.
PLC is adopted for the implementation of automatic pitch adjustment.
It can be equipped with a back - twist mode with a maximum value of 100%.
It offers two drive options: independent drive and ground shaft drive.
AC induction servo motors are used to guarantee reliable and energy - efficient operation.
