Description and application:

Our bow type laying up machine outperforms the conventional cradles
type cabling machine in productivity. It is suitable for stranding
various cables, including soft structure ones like control cables,
Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) overhead cables, power
cables, and bare copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy wires with up
to 7 cores. The back - twist function can be added as per your
requirement. The machine can be driven independently or by a ground
shaft.​

A user - friendly human - machine interface enables easy operation
and comprehensive monitoring.​

PLC is adopted for automatic pitch adjustment.​

It can be equipped with a back - twist mode reaching up to 100%.​

It offers independent drive or ground shaft drive options.​
