Product description:

The composition of our 1250 cable stranding production line includes a dual-purpose pay-off, a magnetic clutch tension rack, a wire assembly rack and the 1250 double-twist strander.

Our dual-purpose pay-off supports unwinding wire from both cable reels with diameters of 500mm and 630mm or baskets with a 2.5-ton wire storage capacity.

The lower part of the rack can hold pay-off reels. It has a controller for tension adjustment to ensure a smooth wire passing process. Alternatively, a basket can be used to store the wires. The advantage of using a basket is that there is no need to constantly change reels as it can hold much more wire than the pay-off reels. In addition, since there is a complete wire in the basket, the work of welding joints is saved.

The bow part of the stranding machine adopts carbon fiber material. It has much lighter weight and toughness than traditional spring steel, allowing our production speed to reach 140 meters per minute. In contrast, our competitors' products generally can only reach 100 meters per minute.
