Product Description High Temperature Silica Refractory Bricks Silica Bricks for Glass FurnaceSilica brick for glass melting furnace refers to the siliceous
refractory products used for building the high-temperature parts of
glass tank furnace (not in contact with glass liquid). Tank furnace
is a complex and huge masonry built of various refractory
materials. Its vault is mostly made of silica bricks, breast wall
and small furnace were also all made of silica bricks. Since the
1970s, some of them have been replaced by fused zirconium corundum
or β-alumina products. Some glass kilns also use silica bricks for
the vault and checker bricks of the regenerator. Silica Bricks for Glass Melting Furnaces Feature The high temperature volume is stable, and the furnace body does
not change due to the temperature fluctuation surface. Because the
silicon brick has a high load softening temperature and a small
creep rate, the glass kiln can keep the furnace body from deforming
at 1600℃, and the structure is stable. No pollution to the glass

melting furnace will not affect the quality of the glass liquid.
