Installation Preparation

Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring

Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us for replacement.

Installation Instructions

Cartridge seal is pre-cleaned and leak-tested. Do not disassemble before installation.
Ensure shaft fitting allowance is dl h6 0.8. Lubricate shaft with oil.
Place cartridge seal into pump chamber and:
- Tighten four flange bolts, ensuring medium leading hole "G" is at top position
- Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve
- Remove four gauge plates (keep for future use)
- Connect medium lead-in pipe to hole "G" for friction heat removal and seal chamber flushing

Post-Installation Check: After installation, manually rotate shaft to verify smooth rotation. Rough rotation indicates improper installation.
