Q1. When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within two working days after receiving your
inquiry.
If you are in an urgent need, please call us or note it in your
email so that we can prioritize your query.
Q2. What is the lead time for the mold delivery?
A: It all depends on the size and complexity of the mold.
Generally, the lead time is 15-45 days.
If the mold is very simple and small in size, we can finish it
within 15 days.
Q3. I don't have a 3D drawing. How should I start a new project?
A: You can provide us with a sample, and we will assist you in
completing the 3D drawing design.
Q4. How to ensure product quality before shipment?
If you are unable to come to our factory and there is no third
party to inspect, we will act as your inspectors.
We will provide you with videos of detailed production processes,
including process reports, product dimensions, structure, surface
details, packaging details, etc.
Q5. Can you do post-production?
A: Some customers require post-processing, product assembly and
packaging in addition to injection molding.
We have done this countless times and are well-equipped with
facilities and staff for these processes.
