Non-toxic Visco Elastic Paste (Filler) for Corrosion Protection Non-toxic, single-component, non-thermosetting injection paste
filler designed for filling and protecting hard-to-clean
corrosion-sensitive areas in narrow, difficult-to-access spaces. Product Overview This corrosion-preventing, non-curing, surface-tolerant visco
elastic filler has excellent adhesion and penetration properties, a
wide service temperature range, and full resistance to water. It is
specifically engineered for application in gaps between flanges,
around bolt threads in bolt holes, tank chime areas, and around
flange seals where water can accumulate. Key Features
Product Benefits
Application Notes The material is suited for application with hand-operated,
electric, or pneumatic caulking guns equipped with flexible
nozzles. Due to its permanent viscous properties, the filler may
flow out of filled spaces over time. Therefore, filled gaps should
be covered with additional visco elastic tape. For above-ground
flange applications, additional mechanical protection such as Visco
Elastic Putty, Visco Elastic Tape, or Outerwrap PVC should be
installed. |
